RR looks very comfortable and composed in their first outing. Smith was in a great nick. Jofra’s hitting was not fluke as he has been quite instrumental in domestic cricket and for England. RR can’t ignore Rahane for a long time and we may see him in the squad for tomorrow. He will bring stability in their batting order. Rahane must deliver if he gets a chance. There is fierce competition and it's now or never for Rahane.

RR needs to be a little more watchful initially and they can take on bowlers in the last few overs. If RR decided to bat first and Steve Smith stays till the end we will have a 200+ runs game.

Kings XI Punjab
