Los Angeles returned to the home arena after a long road series, where they met with the Minnesota Twins. In the first match the team had a disastrous game and suffered a dry defeat (0:4). Further, the Angels still managed to rehabilitate themselves, having beaten the opponent twice with a score of 5:3 and 4:2, respectively. It is worth noting that throughout the season the team does not show itself in the best way and even at home it rarely pleases fans with successful results.
Seattle continues to fight for getting into the top three teams in the National League. At the moment, the club is in fifth position and quite a bit behind the Toronto Blue Jays. The Mariners have shown a great game on the road for a long time and consistently beat their opponents, however, now difficulties have begun to arise again.
