The Danish national team was far from the strongest group in qualifying for the European Championship. The Danes competed with Switzerland, Ireland, Georgia and Gibraltar. As a result, the scarlet guard finished second, lagging behind the first Switzerland by only one point. The Danes played the League of Nations quite well.
