Milan

Milan has started the season at a very high level and is living up to its status as one of the main contenders for the title. Stefano Pioli’s team has only dropped points once in the league, losing 1-5 to Inter in the derby. However, this setback didn’t break the team, and in the following four rounds, Milan secured four wins. Currently, the Rossoneri lead the table. The lead is not significant at the moment – second-placed Inter is only two points behind, with Juventus and Fiorentina four points away. In the Champions League, Milan hasn’t been as successful, with only two points in two rounds – two goalless draws against Newcastle and Borussia Dortmund. Two matches against PSG await them.

Juventus

Juventus started the season quite decently – in the first four rounds, Massimiliano Allegri’s team secured three wins and played one match to a draw, staying at the top of the table for a while. However, the euphoria didn’t last long – in the fifth round, “La Vecchia Signora” lost 2-4 to Sassuolo away, making a lot of defensive mistakes. Following a goalless draw with Atalanta, Juventus faced Torino in a derby and was considered the favorite, although not without question marks. However, Juventus secured all three points by defeating “Il Toro” 2-0 in a crucial match. Thanks to this victory, they moved up to third place in the table.
