Currently, the team sits in second place in the league table, trailing Liverpool by just one point!

Sparta
After an impressive start, which included an unbeaten run of eight matches (7 wins and 1 draw), the “Iron Sparta” has suffered a series of defeats. Initially, Sparta lost at home to Sigma Olomouc, 3:2. In the following round, they lost a crucial away match to neighbors Slavia, 1:2.
As a result, the team now occupies second place in the First League table, six points behind Slavia. In the first round of the Champions League, Sparta confidently defeated Austrian Salzburg 3:0 at home, marking a bright return to the Champions League after 19 years. In their second match of the tournament, the Prague side fought hard against Stuttgart away, resulting in a 1:1 draw.
